You can now take a ‘virtual retreat’ from home

The coronavirus outbreak has forced us to cancel our travel plans, but that doesn’t mean you still can’t take that well-deserved holiday.

It’s safe to say all your holiday plans are out the window now that travel bans have been enforced to prevent the spread of the coronavirus, known as COVID-19.

But that doesn’t mean virtual holidays are off the table.

Thanks to Escape Haven Retreats, Bali’s number one luxury women’s retreat, you can now treat yourself to a relaxing holiday without even leaving your house.

Escape Haven are launching a 6-week program on April 27 where they’ll be bringing a taste of Bali to your living room.

According to a press release, the virtual retreat will give you access to yoga flows, workout sessions, wellness rituals, healthy recipes, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, worksheets, healthy tips and tools from wellness gurus and access to a supportive women’s group.

Each week will be based on a different module – mindset for positivity, morning rituals, sleep, nutrition and nourishment, movement, and motivation and inspiration.

At the end of retreat, you should feel calmer, balanced and more relaxed – the perfect solution to keeping you sane during this chaotic time.
