To celebrate the year that was (and boy, 2020 was quite a year!), we’re giving you a refresher of the top five, most listened to episodes of Body+Soul‘s very own Healthy-ish podcast.

Six of Australia’s best meditation and mindset coaches have each given their time and energy to create a bespoke guided session for Body+Soul. The aim? To help you shake off the year that was, get clear on your 2021 goals, and also give you the mindfulness tools to use every day to actually achieve them.
